"I have had insurance over the years with several different companies, some with only national or corporate service and some with local agents. My preference has always been to have a local agent and so when I went to switch companies several years ago I looked for a company that had local agents .. and an agent who was interested in providing great service to me. And I found that agent in the Kendell Woodyard agency. Actually, it was a different agent/owner back then but Kendell came in shortly after I signed up with State Farm and he and his staff have provided me with great service over the years. They are professional in everything they do yet are down-to-earth and friendly and always helpful whenever I request something. I confess that there have been times when I am not very happy with the State Farm parent company over some things (price increases being one .. especially when I see the company engaging high priced athletes and celebrities to "hawk" their insurance) and I have been tempted to switch to some other insurance company. But the ONE overriding thing that has made me decide to stay with the Woodyard agency is the high level of customer-focused service they provide. If not for that, I would almost certainly have switched by now. So Kendell and staff ... thank you for being so considerate and helpful all these years. Keep up the good work! And keep telling your parent company to stop spending so much on advertising and instead, use the savings to keep your customers' rates down. SF has great insurance with great agents like yourself so if you can keep your rates as low or lower than your competitors I will stay with you for the long haul and will continue to recommend you to all of my friends, family and people I know!"
